I know how to do roms for about ever other system, but am clueless when it comes to ISO conversions.
Since then the fan made translation was completed, but I have no idea about how to go about converting a PC-Engine ISO into a VC. Strangely enough when Konami released this as a VC over here, they did not bother to translate it at all. I was wondering if anyone ever attempted to convert Rondo of Blood into a VC with the English patch.
